FAQ

 

When will my order ship? Items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours.

When will my order arrive? Every order is delivered within seven to ten days, unless a quicker ship method is chosen. We use Canada Post as our preferred method of shipping.

Can I get my items more quickly? Email us directly if you would like your item shipped more quickly. To date our website is set up to handle one shipping method, but our office is equipped to handle your express shipping needs.

For delivery within three business days (Monday to Friday) to any physical address in Canada or the lower 48 states, add $9.95 to our standard shipping charge.

For "Next Day Air" delivery in Canada or the lower 48 states, add $15.95 to our standard shipping charge. Next Day Air delivery is available Monday - Friday.
If you would like to place an order from outside of North America, please send us an email for a shipping quote.

Shipping upgrades require the recipient's daytime phone number and a street address. We cannot ship expedited orders to P.O. boxes.

How are shipping and handling charges determined? They are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.

Standard Delivery Charges are as follows:
Up to $25                   $2.95
$25.01 to $50            $3.95
Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00!!

At Isabel Designs, your purchase is Always 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If, for any reason you choose to return your selection, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.

You can return your purchase by mail. If you have any questions, please email us for assistance and we will try to make the process as simple as possible.

Sales Tax
All orders placed in Ontario are subject to 8% sales tax. If, at any time, you believe sales tax on your purchase is in error, please contact us and any necessary corrections will be made immediately.

If an item is unavailable we would be happy to create a similar item for you. Please keep in mind that Isabel Designs creates one-of-a-kind jewelry and gifts, so we can create a similar item, but not an exact duplication.

PayPal Payment
Payment is collected when you place your order. You must have a PayPal account to order online at Isabel Design. It is very easy to set up your own PayPal account – just click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will take you to PayPal’s website, and you just follow the instructions from there.

You can add as many items to an order as you wish. Simply select the “Continue Shopping” button to go back to Isabel Designs website. PayPal may give you a message which says “you are about to navigate away from Paypal, but rest assured your account will stay open until you are finished.
